We thoroughly screen, test, and train our tutors. Our tutors are usually licensed and certified teachers. In some instances a Masters Degree or PHD is accepted in lieu of a teaching certificate. In addition, we provide 15 hours of training at our centers.

We also monitor our tutors as they work with students to make sure they are effectively helping their students meet their educational goals. Parents have an opportunity to talk to the tutor at the end of each session, and each student receives a written memo of the contents of each session. Periodically we check with each student's family to make sure the sessions are going well.
