In all cases a regular weekly schedule will be arranged. Students typically meet with the tutor two times per week. In some cases it is necessary to meet more often than that.

Sessions take place at the same time each week. If for some reason the schedule must be changed, please provide this information in advance. All schedule changes must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Schedule changes made within the 24 hour time period are subject to the regular hourly charge.

Please note: In order for tutoring to be effective it must occur regularly as prescribed in the initial interview. Failure to keep appointments may seriously affect the quality and effectiveness of the tutoring program. In addition, the tutor will not be able to keep this time available for you. Please call the office for clarification of the policy if necessary.
