ACT & SAT Information
Our program begins with a free initial student parent consultation. During this time we want to ascertain the students strengths and weaknesses concerning ACT or SAT results. We also want to plan tutoring in accordance with the students goals. At A+ Tutoring we do not have a canned program but plan a preparation course to meet individual student needs.
15 hours
Our 15 hour one-on-one tutoring for ACT/SAT is the best program available anywhere. Please note that a parent or adult must be present for at-home tutoring sessions.

Vocabulary Development and Reading Comprehension
This is an excellent way to boost your verbal scores on the SAT and raise your ACT scores in Reading and Science Reasoning. A+ Tutoring Service, LTD, also has several very successful reading comprehension techniques that produce efficient, effective reading and study habits. This course is available to 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade students. Not only are these skills essential for a fine ACT/SAT score, but they are also ßextremely valuable study skills, applicable to regular homework assignments. This program is 12 one-hour sessions and may be repeated until the student attains the level of achievement desired. In each 12 hour block of sessions the student will learn 500 new words and practice four reading comprehension techniques.
